How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, you'll need to register a profile with us. This allows you to check your order history and manage your account with ease. Simply click HERE to register, and once your profile is set up, you can start shopping!

Do you ship to my country?

We provide both domestic (US) and international shipping. To find out if we ship to your country, please click HERE for the complete list.

How long does it take for you to ship the order?

Once we receive your order, our dedicated fulfillment team works diligently to pack it as quickly as possible. For domestic (U.S.) orders, order fulfillment typically takes 1-10 business days. For international orders, it usually takes 7-10 business days.

When will my package arrive? Has my package shipped?

All processed and shipped orders come with tracking numbers. If you haven't received an email with your tracking number, rest assured that you're in the queue. Most U.S. orders shipped through UPS typically arrive within 1-10 business days from the ship date. International orders, including those to Hawaii and Alaska, are also shipped via UPS and usually deliver within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $99.99 for the U.S. mainland only. Please note that samples and perfumer's alcohol are exempt from this promotion.

Can you expedite the shipping.

We cannot expedite shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we must ship ground/DOT for the U.S. mainland. For international orders, we ship via air (following IATA guidelines). While expedited options for international parcels are available, they can be quite costly. We are making sure to provide our customers with the best shipping prices while ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipping.

I live outside of the US Mainland. Can I buy your kits or alcohol?

Perfumers alcohol is classified as hazardous goods for shipping, and since the raw materials in our formulation kits are diluted in it, they fall into the same category. We can only ship these items within the US Mainland.

The good news is that we offer the notes from our formulation kits in their undiluted form, which we can ship internationally. If you're interested, click HERE to check them out!

Do you cover duties and taxes?

We do not cover customs duties and taxes. It's the customer's responsibility to understand that these fees are their responsibility. Additionally, the customer needs to ensure that they have the necessary import licenses or intermediary to process their package, if required.

Are you products safe and can I wear them as is?

We take great care to provide all safety information and documentation from our suppliers or manufacturers on the product pages. All of our products are sold undiluted, full strength, and fully concentrated (unless indicated otherwise). Therefore, they should never be applied directly to the skin without first being diluted to IFRA safety levels.

It's important to note that the responsibility for using the product(s) in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights of third parties, falls to the user. We recommend reading our Terms of Service before placing an order to ensure you're fully informed.

Where can I find the safety documents (SDS, IFRA, EU allergen report, etc.) for your materials?

You can find the documents we’ve received from our suppliers or manufacturers on the respective product pages. We can only provide the documents and information that our vendors supply, so if you don’t see what you’re looking for, it’s likely that we haven’t received that specific information or document.

Do you provide safety documents for the diluted materials you sell?

We only provide SDS for the full concentrates of the materials you purchased. These SDS documents do not cover the diluted versions, which are diluted to 10% in Perfumers Alcohol - Grain Alcohol (SDA40B).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can! Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 7% of the total invoice.

What is your refund policy?

Can I purchase your materials in bulk?

Yes, we do offer bulk purchases! We just need to ensure that we have the material in stock and can logistically ship the quantity you’re looking for. If you’d like to procure a material in larger quantities (1kg or more), please fill out THIS FORM.

Can you manufacture a fragrance for me?

While we offer a Fragrance Development service, Creating Perfume does not compound or manufacture fragrances directly.

The great news is that we collaborate with compounding and manufacturing facilities and can assist you in that regard. If you'd like our perfumers to design a fragrance for you, please fill out THIS FORM.

Absolutely! Our expert perfumers provide one-on-one consultations to assist with any perfuming-related inquiries.

I can't find an item I used to purchase. When will you have this item back? Will you carry this item in the future?

As part of our move to California, we’ve streamlined our product offerings to focus on the best and most in-demand materials. If a product is currently not available on our website, it is most likely out of stock.

Once/ if we have it back in stock, we will make it available on our website.

If I buy a perfume formula from your website, will I receive the ingredients to make it?

When you purchase a fragrance formula from our website, you will receive a downloadable PDF file containing the formula. The materials, ingredients, and supplies needed to create the formula are not included. Your purchase covers the cost of the digital formula document only.

The website won't allow me to purchase more than 5 gallons of perfumers alcohol. Why?

There is an annual 5-gallon limit for purchasing perfumers alcohol on our website.

If you would like to increase this limit, we require a copy of your signed TTB F 5150.9 Permit, issued by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).

This document should include your address, maximum quantity to be withdrawn per year, and other relevant details.
